Digital Wellbeing Mentor:

an interactive, guided reflection for making digital thriving visible.

As a Fellow at the Center for Digital Thriving at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, I built a reflection tool that I wish I’d had years ago.

You’ll be guided through an exercise to articulate your values and core drivers of meaning. Using Claude, the tool will synthesize your reflections into a cohesive visual guide. The goal is to anchor your actions online to things that matter deeply to you.

Try the tool here.
